Biography
Molly holds an MFA from Goddard College in Interdisciplinary Arts, with a Concentration in Performance Creation. She is an Embodyoga 500 hour certified instructor, and serves on the faculty of the Embodyoga Teacher-Training programs in Amherst, Massachusetts. Before earning her master’s degree, Molly attended Concordia University in Montreal, from which she holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance with a Specialization in Choreography.
Molly’s creative work includes performances about social, political and environmental issues. She incorporates elements of immersive set design and multimedia, including projection and experimentation with various fabrics and textiles into her work for the stage. Molly has also produced several dance films and continues to further her knowledge of how technology intersects with the arts. Molly recently completed two years as the Artistic Director of the Amherst Ballet Theatre Company. Her work has been performed in Montreal, Vermont, at venues in the Boston area and extensively in Western Massachusetts.
